BRIGHTHAMMER GM Guide poll
Hi everyone!
I'm back with another update on the progress of the BRIGHTHAMMER GM Guide.
As I mentioned in the last devlog post, it's hard to know how much text will fit onto such small pages. Plus, each page also has to be its own section. Spilling text about one topic onto the next page really doesn't work with pocketmods, as it makes the information hard to read. So I'm trying something new with the GM Guide – text running across the whole spread.
You can see in the attached image that I've removed the corner and border designs near the spine, treating the whole spread as a single page. I feel that helps show everything on the spread is one big section, and opens up space along the bottom for some examples. In this case a few sample NPCs (which had headshots illustrated by HODAG_RPG).
I'm currently running a poll on Twitter about what information to put into rhe GM Guide. I've got a lot of ideas, but all of them won't fit, so I want to know which ones people think would be most useful:
- Adventuring Section;
- Random Quest Tables;
- Advice on Magic & Spells;
- Treasure & Magic Items.
You can vote in the Twitter poll, or leave a comment here about which one would be most useful. The others will find a home in the Expanded GM Guide.
Thanks again for all your feedback and e enthusiasm!

Advice on Magic & Spells would be welcomed.
That seems to be what most people want, yeah.
